Golden ARCHES

The "Golden ARCHES" Peer Health Education Program involves and empowers UCR students to comprehensively and effectively address a wide variety of social health, wellness and leadership issues.
With a primary focus on alcohol and other drug issues, the program also addresses the topics of sexual health, sexual assault/violence, nutrition/fitness, eating disorders/body image, gambling, stress and others that the students feel are important.
Made up of three student organizations that work together collaboratively, the program uses a balance of awareness campaigns, educational programs, and social events to bring its messages to the campus.
While having a significant and documented, positive impact on the campus community, as well as garnering regional and national recognition for both the program and the campus, we operate under the following motto:
Making a Difference Locally, Building a Tradition of Excellence Nationally!
